Delivery Details

How much will my delivery cost?

  • Zone One: Local Colorado Springs
    Flat rate of $20 for deliveries within 15 miles of our workshop in 80920.
  • Zone Two: Greater Colorado Springs
    For deliveries beyond 15 miles, a flat rate of $30 applies.
  • Castle Rock
    A flat rate of $40 applies for deliveries to Castle Rock and surrounding areas.
  • Parker
    Delivery to Parker is $45 with a minimum order of $75.
  • Lone Tree
    Deliveries to Lone Tree require a minimum order of $100 and a $50 flat rate.
  • Denver Metro
    Deliveries to Denver require a minimum order of $100 with a flat rate of $60.

Delivery Times

Orders are available for delivery on Wednesday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to confirm the expected arrival time of your cupcakes!

When should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your desired date. All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Special Delivery Instructions

Please provide your driver with detailed instructions for a smooth delivery, such as gate codes, floor numbers, office locations, or any other helpful information to ensure your order is delivered to the right place safely!

Can I pick up my order?

We're a delivery-based business, so we bring your beautiful creations right to your door! Unfortunately, we don't offer pickups at this time, but our delivery service is designed to make receiving your order easy and convenient.

Refunds on Deliveries

Delivery and redelivery costs are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for missed deliveries when the recipient is unavailable or if incorrect delivery information is provided. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order. If redelivery is required, additional fees will apply, and rescheduling will depend on availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the delivery during the selected time frame.

What happens if I'm not home?

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order! Since our cupcakes are perishable, we cannot leave them on doorsteps, with a neighbor, or unattended—this is to ensure the highest quality and safety of your cupcakes. If a delivery is missed, we will reattempt delivery up to two times for an additional fee. Redelivery may need to be scheduled for a different time or day, depending on availability. Rest assured, we’ll stay in touch with you to ensure a smooth delivery and that someone is present to receive your precious bakes!

Gift Deliveries

If you're sending your order as a gift, please ensure the recipient's delivery details are accurate, and leave us a note if you'd like to include a personal message.

Same Day / Rush Orders

We understand how meaningful a gift can be for life's special moments, and we're happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. If you need your order within 3 days or even same-day delivery, we're happy to work with you based on availability. Please note that a 25% rush fee will apply to any orders placed within 3 days of the delivery date.

Non Residential Deliveries

For deliveries to non-residential locations such as businesses, hospitals, or schools, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window. Orders will be left at the reception desk, main office, or other designated receiving areas. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide detailed instructions, including building access information, gate codes, or office locations. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or the recipient's unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

Weather Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive to meet all delivery windows, but delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic) may occur. In cases of severe inclement weather, deliveries may be postponed, and we will notify customers as soon as possible to reschedule. We are not liable for incomplete deliveries due to such conditions but will work with customers to find a reasonable solution.
