Refunds will not be issued for disliking of color.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If there is no answer at the delivery point at the agreed date/time, a fee will be charged for redelivery.

Do you offer pick up? 

We're a delivery-only service to ensure your order arrives flawlessly and in perfect condition, carefully handled by our professional and friendly team. We offer a range of convenient delivery times to best serve you.

Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at check out based on the distance from our workshop where your order is prepared. Enjoy FREE local delivery on orders of $150+!

Availability

Our calendar can be located at the check out page, please email us when inquiring for a large or corporate order to reserve space in our calendar for your event.  

What is the difference between the flower cupcakes?

We offer 3 different levels of realism to be best suited for your budget. 

Charming Classics includes less time intensive florals for a more economical cost

Deluxe is our middle tier introducing more advanced techniques displayed in your flower cupcakes

Luxury is our premium offering where we add all the details that bring your floral cupcakes to life. 

These selections are all available to order on our "Shop Now" page located in the menu on the homepage.

How long are the cupcakes good for?

Your cupcakes are made with quality ingredients and are best enjoyed within 3 days kept in an airtight container on the counter.

Where are you located? 

We are based in Colorado Springs. 

Do you offer gluten free cupcakes?

Sweet Petals currently does not offer gluten free cupcakes and does not cater to any dietary restrictions.

Do you do weddings/corporate orders?

Sweet Petals is happy to provide for weddings, large events, and corporate orders. Please contact us to properly assess your vision.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

Sweet Petals adheres to a strict planning schedule in order to provide you with an exquisite celebration piece. Orders are considered final once placed. Any requests for modifications are at the sole discretion of Sweet Petals and may not be able to be accommodated. 

Allergen Information

All cupcakes contain Milk, Eggs, and Wheat. It is recommended to not order if there is possibility of severe allergies. Each order includes an ingredient label allowing to identify any allergens.
